Terms and Conditions

• Refundable Holding Deposits: A refundable deposit (£50) to secure your dedicated 1-on-1 appointment. This is fully refunded upon attendance or if you cancel within the allowed window or decided against the treatment proposed
• Cancellation Policy: You must give at least 2 full working days notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, or the holding deposit may be forfeited.
• Suitability for Scans: Free X-rays offered during the event are subject to clinical justification by the dentist on the day. They will only be performed if it is completely safe and clinically necessary for you.
• Promotion Validity: Event-only incentives (such as discounts, or waived fees) usually have a strict expiration date (e.g., only on the day of the open day).
• Finance Options: Any interest-free or extended payment options are subject to age, status, and credit checks managed by third-party finance providers.
