Appointments

We always try and see our patients at the appointed time as we know that everyone hates to be kept waiting.

Missed appointments wastes time and resources which are needed for other patients, especially in these current times where access to dental appointments can be challenging. 

For our NHS patients, our policy is that if, on more than one occasion, patients cancel with less than 2 working days notice or do not attend an appointment, then we may no longer be able to offer NHS treatment.

For our private patients, our policy is that if patients cancel with less than 2 working days notice or do not attend an appointment, a charge will be levied to cover the time set aside for the appointment.
